Day
1 : Arrive - Delhi
Received at the international airport and transfer to the hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 2 : Delhi
Morning full day city tour of Old & New Delhi which including Raj Ghat
Mahatma Gandhis Memorial, the Jama Masjid Universal Mosque, the Red
Fort and to fabled Chandni Chowk Silver Street covering the spice market,
Gold / Silversmith market on rickshaws tri-cycles through the bylanes. Afternoon
city tour of New Delhi which includes the Qutab Minar, Emperor Humayuns
Tomb, the India Gate, the Houses of Parliament and the Presidential Palace.overnight
at Hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi - Jaipur
After Breakfast depart to Jaipur and check in at the Hotel.
Day 4 : Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel and leave for a half-day sightseeing tour to
the hilltop fortress at Amber. Ascend the imposing fort on a painted elephant.
In the afternoon, tour the old walled city of Jaipur. Founded by Maharaja
Jai Singh II, this pink city' is meticulously constructed on the lines
of the Shilpa-Shastra , an ancient Hindu treatise on architecture. Visit the
unique Jantar Mantar Observatory situated in the heart of the city. Built
in the 1700's, it still looks futuristic. Nearby is the ornate Hawa Mahal
(the palace of winds). The old City Palace & its museum display a rare
fusion of Mughal and Hindu architecture, and house a rare collection of paintings,
Rajput armory and costumes. Return to the hotel for dinner.
Day
5 : Jaipur - Jodhpur
Take a tour of Jaipur with visit to Amber Fort, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal,
City Palace. In the evening departure transfer to Railway Station to board
the train fr Jodhpur. Received at Jodhpur Stn. and transfer to Hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 6 : Jodhpur - Jaisalmer
Walk through the Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Museum.
Drive down to Manvar a modern day camp located in the desert. In the evening
enjoy camel ride and watch the setting sun in the desert.
Day 7 : Jaisalmer
Visit to famous havelis of Jaisalmer. Some of them being Nathmalji-ki-Haveli
, Patwon-ki-Havelie, Salim Singh-ki-Haveli - the 300 years old Haveli.
Day 8 : Jaisalmer - Bikaner
Drive down to Bikaner via Pokaran and Kolayat .Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 : Bikaner - Pushkar
Tour of Bikaner city takes you to Junagarh, Lal Garh Palace, Ganga Golden
Jubliee Museum. Drive down to Pushkar, the venue for the famous " Pushkar
Festival" via Deshnok temple or the rat temple.
Day
10 : Pushkar - Sawai Madhopur
Savitri temple, Man Mahal - on the banks of Pushkar lake.Drive down to Sawai
Madhopur better known for it's close proximity to Ranthambore National Park.
Day 11: Sawai Madhopur
Early morning and evening jungle excursion to park.
Day 12 : Sawai Madhopur- Agra
Morning depart to Agra and fullday sighseeing at Agra.
Day 13 : Agra - Delhi
Visit the famed monument Taj Mahal ,Agra Fort. Afternoon drive down to Delhi
and transfer in time to Intl. Apt for onward destination.
